DEK and GKG automatic stencil printers apply lead-free SAC305 solder paste to within ±25µm precision. Laser-cut stainless steel stencils. SPI (Solder Paste Inspection) follows every print.
Yamaha YSM20/YSM40 high-speed mounters place up to 96,000 CPH per line. 0201 to 5050 package handling. LED polarity and orientation verified by AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) after placement.
10-zone BTU Pyramax or Heller reflow ovens with nitrogen atmosphere on fine-pitch lines. Real-time thermal profiling on every batch. Profile tailored to LED package thermal tolerance for zero thermal shock.
PCB-to-housing assembly. Wire bonding, thermal paste application, lens mounting, gasket sealing. Semi-automated lines with operator checkpoints for cosmetic and fit verification.
100% functional test. Integrating sphere for luminous flux and CCT verification. 4-hour burn-in at rated current. IP waterproof testing to IEC 60529 for outdoor products. Flicker, THD, and power factor measurement.
Custom foam-injected packaging. Full-color label with batch traceability (date code, SMT line number, operator ID). Palletized export-ready with fumigated wood or honeycomb cardboard per destination country regulation.
Our quality system is built on the ISO 9001:2015 framework with additional rigor specific to LED manufacturing. Incoming component inspection includes LED bin verification (chromaticity coordinates per ANSI C78.377, forward voltage, luminous flux) on every reel before release to production.
In-process checks at every station. Each SMT line has its own AOI. Post-reflow X-ray inspection for BGA/QFN joints on driver boards. Finished goods undergo 100% burn-in at rated current for a minimum of 4 hours. Random samples pulled from every batch for full integrating sphere characterization, IP testing, and endurance cycling.
We maintain batch-level traceability: every reel, every SMT line, every reflow profile, every test result is logged and retained for 5 years.
